They can! Your clients can logon to their online accounts and view their past and current documents, statements, activity, as well as submit work requests (tenants), make online payments and much more! (You must configure these options in your Control Panel for clients to access them in their online accounts.)

Documents are filed according to the month of upload, and the current month’s folder is displayed at the top of the document list. Clients can click on this folder to access the documents filed inside, and can create folders to manage their documents. The documents can also be “tagged” and searched for by a keyword in the document name, subject, folder or tag.
