The Online Workorders tool allows you to easily convert submitted work requests into workorders in your Control Panel and assign them to vendors. After assigning a workorder to a vendor, the vendor (if authorized for online access and online workorders), can access the workorder in their online account. From their online account, they can view all current and completed workorders assigned to them.

Vendors can send updates to the maintenance contact from the workorder itself, which display in your Control Panel in the workorder notes. They can also send notification of when they arrive at, or leave a job site. The notification includes the vendor’s location, and a link to the map of where they are located. And they can send notification of the work status – whether it’s complete, incomplete or unknown.
