The Online Team Calendar enables you to easily track office and personal events. View and manage the Calendar through RP Management > Calendar, which you can view by day or by month. In either view, all activities and events that you are authorized to see will appear. In the monthly calendar, they appear as icons on their date, in the daily calendar they appear as a list with details.

You can easily add events for your office, yourself, or other people you work with. Each event can be described and classified, and you can determine who is involved in the event and who can view it. Events that you create or own can be edited and deleted freely, and others cannot change your events. System Activities are automatically posted on the calendar based on dates configured in the system, and workorder completion due dates are automatically added to the calendar.
