Our product roadmap is heavily influenced by you! We have a dedicated group of property managers in our Crescendo program, giving us constant feedback and insight into the ever-evolving property management landscape. However, every single member inspires us when they share in the Idea Zone, complete a feedback survey, or just tell us their needs and thoughts. If there’s anything you’re looking for in the perfect software for you, we want to know.
Looking back over 2024
This past year felt a little busy.
There were two major release updates of Harmony this year, with 174 incremental update releases.
However, the biggest developments this year were in onboarding and support.
Here’s brief summary of major milestones:
Harmony Software:
- Tons of new partner integrations, across payments, consumer/credit reporting, professional and maintenance services, and more.
- New mobile portals that provides all the same options, in a similar format, as standard portals
- Greatly improved mobile media marketing including showing requests
- More flexible invoice approvals to allow owner/association board approvals through portals
- New integration option when vendors email you invoices, to directly attach them for owners in portals
- New App Score on rental applications to save screening time and cost
- New group and constituent report structure for improved insights
- New agreement timelines and dossiers for simplified court/violation action involving attorneys
- New Candidacy system for applications and onboarding of vendors, employees, and independent contractors
- New Smart (AI) searches with huge benefit for users with tens to hundreds of thousands of messages or documents
- Extended and refined digital fingerprint management and display
- Expanded universal APIs
- Substantial UX/UI upgrade
- Major infrastructure upgrades
- …and about a thousand more things!
Harmony Support:
- Over 400 new and improved guides and articles to help you effectively use Harmony
- Countless hours of new summary and training videos
- Greatly improved, AI-boosted, help search of both articles and video content
- Enhanced back-end functions to aid us in more quickly and easily helping you
Looking forward to 2025
We have a large number of new partner integrations in the works, for everything from insurance to access controls to maintenance services. We’ve always been proud of our “plays nice with others” role in the industry, and love it when you bring us your favorite outside providers as potential integration partners.
Our product plans are vast, with improvements in areas like CAM, RUBS, APIs, taxes, OTAs, journal archives, independent third-party transactions, commission management, attorney integrations, event management, social functions, and the like.
If none of those get you excited, it’s probably because Harmony already has the features that cover 100% of the needs of about 98% of property managers. If there’s something that’s important to you, that you don’t see on the feature list, please do submit it through the Idea Zone!
