Vendor candidacy: Quickly and accurately onboard new vendors
How it works without Harmony
A vendor calls, emails, or stops by. You tell them what you need to onboard them. They provide some of it, and it goes back and forth wasting valuable time. Lots of manual interactions and things often get missed.
How it works with Harmony
Send a candidate link to a vendor. They provide all the details you require, upload proof of anything you need like insurance and certifications. You approve them, and have a fully completed vendor profile in your software.

How it works without Harmony
You choose an online application provider or have prospects fill out a printed or PDF application. If pay stubs or bank statements are required, you get these separately. You interpret and add all relevant information into your screening provider’s system, then combine that with other evaluation criteria to accept or reject the tenant.

You configure your online application to ask all the questions you want and none of the ones you don’t. Applicants take photos of their pay stubs from the application. If their app score meets your threshold, you click the button to retrieve reports, and the report data is broken down, analyzed, and input into your screening components. You make a decision and click to notify. The tenant and all their animals have fully completed profiles in your software, and you proceed to create the lease.

When an owner needs to approve something, like maintenance over a predefined threshold, or payment of an invoice, you call, email, and text to explain what’s going on what’s needed. You often separately send details. There is no formal record of their approval with the item approved.
