PM Avenue is the marketplace that connects property owners with local property managers. The best part for HERO PM members is the price. PM Avenue sends you free leads at no cost beyond the membership you already have. An owner finds your company in the directory, sends a direct request, and that lead comes straight to you.
One thing stands between you and those leads: a complete profile. Owners decide in seconds whether to reach out, and your profile is what they judge. This guide walks you through every field, in order, so your storefront on the Avenue is ready on day one.
Your profile is your storefront
On PM Avenue, owners shop the way they shop anywhere. They scan logos, read a few lines about each company, and contact the ones that look local and capable. A blank or thin profile gets passed over. A complete profile earns the click and the free direct request. Everything below is in your Harmony account, so you set each field once and PM Avenue pulls them in.
Step 1: Upload your logo
Your logo is the first thing an owner sees. A clean, current logo signals a real, established company.
Go to Settings → My Account → Profile & Contacts and upload your logo there. Use a high-resolution file with a transparent or white background so your mark displays cleanly next to other companies.

Step 2: Fill in the three fields owners read
The same screen holds the three fields that make up your directory display. Write each one for an owner who does not know you yet.
- About Our Company. Your overview and what sets your team apart. Keep it concrete. Talk about the way you serve owners, what makes you special or better, and what an owner can expect when they work with you. Capture prospects in the first sentence or two.
- Region Our Company Serves. The cities, towns, and zip codes you cover. This field does double duty, since it also controls where you appear in search. More on that next.
- Our Company Specializations. The property types you handle, your unique experience, and other compelling value propositions in plain terms an owner would understand.
Together with your logo, these three fields are your display. Thin answers mean a thin listing. Thin listings get skipped right past. Specific answers earn the request.
Step 3: Get your Region right, because Region decides where you appear
Region is a special field. Any city, town, or zip code you enter turns on your display for searches in that area.
Here is the part to get right. If your office is in Pasadena, you show up for Pasadena searches, but not for Glendale unless you list Glendale too. The same is true for every zip code. Owners often search by zip, so list every zip code you manage, not only the one your office sits in.
A short Region field limits your reach to a single city. A complete Region field puts you in front of every owner across your real service area. Spend the extra few minutes here.
Step 4: Enable the categories you manage
PM Avenue matches you only on categories you manage. Enable those as lines of business in your Harmony account, or your company will not show for them. The five categories are:
- Long-term residential
- Short-term and vacation rental
- Commercial
- Storage
- Association or HOA
If you manage commercial alongside long-term residential, you need both – not just for owners, but also for tenants and listing marketing. Enabling a line of business in your account turns on all Harmony functions – and each one has its own full-blown system. If you do not handle storage, associations, or vacation rentals, skip them. You get the gist.
Step 5: Confirm your contact
The default contact on owner-facing pages is the management contact in your profile. If you have not set one, your company contact is used instead. Check that the right person is listed, because that is who the owner reaches and who needs to respond fast.
Optional: Match leads when you want to grow faster
The directory leads above are free. For members who want more volume, PM Avenue also offers scored match leads.
A match lead works differently from a direct request. The owner runs a guided match, PM Avenue verifies the address, property type, email, phone, and owner record against hundreds of millions of records in dozens of databases, then scores the lead and routes the opportunity to every qualifying manager who matches. You see a verified, scored opportunity and decide whether to take the lead.
A few things to know about match leads:
- You pay only for the leads you take, priced by quality from $10 to $75.
- If a lead is fake and slipped past our verification, your next lead is free.
- Each opportunity carries an expiration date based on the owner’s timeframe, and the first mover has a real advantage, so act quickly when one fits.
If your Harmony package includes the management features, send your match leads straight into owner prospecting and let your predefined CRM campaigns handle the follow-up, including prompts for your BDM to call.
Match leads are an add-on, not a requirement. The free directory leads are yours the moment your profile is complete.
