The one thing you need to do is complete your company profile. You have a few days before the holiday weekend to polish your listing and configure your account, so start now. A complete profile with your logo, service area, and specializations is what puts you in front of owners and turns directory views into direct requests.
For members who want to grow faster, scored match leads are an optional add-on. They are there if you want them, but the free directory leads are yours either way. More on both below.

How do owners find my company on PM Avenue?
Two ways, and one is completely free. An owner can browse the directory, find your company, and send a direct request for a management quote or contact that comes straight to you at no cost. That free path is the reason to complete your profile now.
An owner can instead request a property manager match, which PM Avenue routes to every qualifying manager in the area as a scored match lead.
Both paths depend on your profile and your service area being set in Harmony.
What makes my profile look good on PMAvenue.com?
Your logo and your company details. Upload a clean logo and fill in three fields under Settings → My Account → Profile & Contacts:
- About Our Company: your overview and what sets your team apart. Capture a prospect’s eyes in the first sentence or two.
- Region Our Company Serves: the cities, towns, and zip codes you cover.
- Our Company Specializations: areas of focus, special skills, or anything else that sets you apart or narrows your offering.
Your logo plus these three fields are what give you an appealing display on the directory, and an appealing display is what earns free direct requests.

How does PM Avenue decide which searches I show up in?
Two things, your Region field and the property functionality enabled in your Harmony account.
Region Our Company Serves is a special field. Any city, town, or zip code you enter turns on your display for searches in that area. An office in Pasadena shows up for Pasadena, but not for Glendale unless Glendale shows up in Region Our Company Serves. The same is true for zip codes, so list every zip code you manage, because owner searches often run by zip.
Note that PM Avenue does not search by the proximity of a manager’s office to a rental property. Only your stated regions include you, so you define your desired management area precisely and accurately. PM Avenue does not offer a county search today, since county does not fit most owners or managers in most metros. Still, list your counties in Region too. Counties read clearly to owners, feed other directories with county search, and set you up for any future search options we add based on demand.
You are also matched only on the types of properties you manage. Enable those as lines of business in your Harmony account, or your company will not show. The five property types are:
- Long-term residential rental
- Short-term / vacation rental
- Commercial rental
- Storage rental
- Association (HOA/COA)
Do PM Avenue leads cost me anything?
The directory leads are free. When an owner finds your profile and sends a direct request, that lead reaches you at no cost beyond your membership. Complete your profile and those leads start coming in without any new spend.
Match leads are the one optional, paid path, built for members who want to grow faster. PM Avenue verifies and scores each match lead, and you pay only for the ones you choose to take, priced by quality from $10 to $75. Even then, a paid match lead costs less than half the price per qualified owner prospect of Google and other lead-generation channels. If a lead is fake and slipped past our verification, your next lead is free. You are never charged for a lead you do not take, and the free directory leads keep coming either way.
When you get notification of a match lead, act quickly to grab it. Each opportunity carries an expiration date based on the owner’s timeframe, and the first mover has a real advantage. If your competitors grab the lead before you, the lead is theirs and no longer available to you.
Can I feed PM Avenue leads into my follow-up automatically?
Yes, if your Harmony package includes the management features. Send leads straight into owner prospecting and let your predefined CRM campaigns handle the communication and follow-up, including prompts for your BDM to call.
Check your contact too. The default contact on owner-facing pages is the management contact in your profile. If you have not set one, your company contact is used, so confirm the right person is listed.
What happened to the other directories I was listed in?
We consolidated them into PM Avenue. Over the years we built and acquired a number of property management directories, including Professional.rentals, ResidentialPropertyManagement.com, HomeRentalAgent.com, and more. All of them now live under one brand, PMAvenue.com.
