Can my tenants eSign their lease directly from the portal?
They sure can. In addition to the email they receive when they have a lease to eSign, they can go directly to their portal for this.
When you create the lease and make it eSignable, the tenant sees an alert when they log in to their portal. Selecting this will take them to their lease document, which they can review and sign. When they’re done, you’ll get a notification and the signed lease is permanently attached.
My owner and her husband each want their own portal login. Can I provide them with indvidual logins to the same managed account?
The flexible structure of Harmony portals allows for any imaginable combination of individual and connected logins.
Multiple logins can connect to a single managed account, a single login can connect to multiple managed accounts, and scenarios can be mixed and matched to your heart’s content.

Can my owner approve work orders or invoices through the portal, so I can easily track authorized approvals?
Indeed. Harmony portals are a two-way street, unlike some other portals that only allow you to push information out.
When you designate that something like a work order or invoice requires owner approval, it’ll show them this is waiting when they log in.
They can review the details, and submit their approval with an electronic fingerprint that’s permanently affixed to the item.
Many things like approvals and acceptance are also available as loginless functions, so they can approve directly from the link in the email that’s automatically sent, without having to log in to their portal.
